Hello there,
So here is what I'd like to know. (yes I searched all over the place already with no luck.)
I'm using Live as a Rewire slave to Pro Tools. After I get all the tracks, I record each track individually via rewire into Pro Tools.
2 questions.
(a) how do I change the outputs on all Live tracks to "ReWire Out" without having to do each one and
(b) is there a way to then sequentially route each track to a separate buss (1-2, 3-4, 5-6 etc.) with one shortcut. In Pro Tools, you simple hold apple, option, shift and each track routes to a separate output.
Appreciate the help. This will be a big timesaver for me if it can be done.
Ron

Re: Shortcut for bussing outputs sequentially
No way to do it in Live but would we nice to do it the we do it in ProTools. This is just one problem I have with Live's workflow along with creating many different tracks at once.

(a) just select (mark) all channels and and chose you output...
Re: Shortcut for bussing outputs sequentially
I don't think this will select them sequentially. It will make them all the same output.mr.ergonomics wrote:(a) just select (mark) all channels and and chose you output...

yes same output (rewire), that is what the op wants in his (a) question.
