Pitch Bend Unreliable w/Live Instrument & Oxygen

Hi all, I'm using a Live instrument rack guitar sound. The default pitch bend is 2 semitones. It was working as it should yesterday. Now when I go full throttle on the pitch bend, it only raises one half semitone, but if I play the note again while holding pitch bend up it gets to the whole step.

I have checked the automation after recording and it is going all the way up.

Anyone know why this is happening, how to fix?

A side issue- is there a way to change the pitch bend range with Live's instrument racks?

I am currently having issues with a portion of a pitch bend envelope not affecting an external synth (Fantom G) at all. There are 3 bends in the envelope. First and third bends work fine. The one in the middle does not bend the sound at all.

I know this may not be directly related to your issue, but I'm curious to know if there are more people having problems with pitch bend reproduction.
