Key mapping problem!

Post by Nilzie » Tue Nov 10, 2009 10:33 am

Hi,

I'm using the key mapping function when performing, to go to different Locators in the Arrange view. The problem I experience is that I can use just a handful of these for this function. For example all the keys in the middle row - A through L, doesn't respond when I want to use them. Iv'e got no problems assigning them to things when I'm in key mapping mode, but when I want to use them they simply doesn't respond. Strange...

These are the only keys I can use at the moment:

Q, R, I, P

Anybody out there with an anwer? Any help is deeeeply appreciated.

Might be a bit late, but i found that if u have caps lock on when u assign the keys then u have to have it on for them to work and vice versa. Hope im not stating the obvious here

You've probably got the Computer MIDI Keyboard enabled - check the keyboard icon top right of the screen.
