I've been adding DiHydrogen Monoxide to my diet as a health supplement for years and I consider it beneficial to my life.
I know there's a slightly crazy movement saying everyone should have lots of it in their diet, so of course some people will overdose, but in moderation it is fine. The rampant commercialization of it as an unregulated "wellbeing" product is what worries me most.
In fact it's present naturally in lots of places, just like uranium. It's when you get too much in one place, or it's handled incorrectly that you can have problems. For careful and experienced users Dihydrogen monoxide is fine.

I'll sometimes use it in the real world. The real world is full of idiots..
