Hello everybody,
i bought today an APC 40, but i'm a bit disappointed, that i can't control an external Synth per Midi with the APC.
On the internet i can't find without M4L no possibility to do this. Is there an VST plugin that somebody knows for intel macs?
Has somebody an idea?
Thanks
Mat

make a midi track, set its input to the APC, set its output to be your synth, what happens?

If you do the above, make sure that your APC is deselected in the Control Surface dropdown boxes or it will be overridden as a controller.
Also, keep in mind that each vertical row of buttons is its own channel (1 - 8 ).
There is also software out there, Bomes. I believe bomes costs money too..

The 'classic' version of Bome's is free if you send him a postcard. MIDI-Ox also has similar capabilities if you're a Windows user, though you'd also have to use MIDI Yoke for virtual MIDI ports and I believe Bome's is much more powerful.yur2die4 wrote:If you do the above, make sure that your APC is deselected in the Control Surface dropdown boxes or it will be overridden as a controller.
