key / midi mapping ability lost???

ok, so i dared to use my beloved ableton again, live 8.1.1 to make a remix (having a deadline, btw and can't waste to much time with it)

and suddenly, not a single clue why, i lost my ability to map key or midi commands...???

i, btw lost all the 'fix' key mappings i have in my template as well, when i however start my standard template all my key mappings are there and i can map also new ones and midi, basically having a normal behaviour???




anyone else had that behaviour? before i e-mail support.

or am i forced again to fire up logic?, which i honestly don't want! damn!
