Is there anything like a midifilter similar to the one in Cubase5?

@ShelLuser: It filters out the MIDI data that gets sent to a MIDI or Instrument track, pre-record (i.e. it will record filtered data, not do the filtering on playback). Basically, you can do things like filter out all CCs but 1, 11, and 64 to make sure that controller movement on your hardware doesn't affect the plugin besides your mod wheel and expression and sustain pedals, or filter out all MIDI data on certain channels so that only some instruments in your multi-timbral plugin sound.

@EpikureeR: I don't believe so. Live has a fairly small list of MIDI plugins, none of which do any filtering. You can filter by key or velocity or based on the value of a MIDI CC using a rack's key zone, velocity zone, and chain selector, but you can't do anything more advanced than that without using external plugins or things like MIDI-Ox or Bome's MIDI Translator.
