How to make my screens go black

Hello there again,
I have aquestion.
i,m running 3 24 inch monitore on windows 7 64 ultimate
How can i make my screens go to black at the touch of a button ?
its usefull for me to sit in thye dark listening to music with my rainbow lights on when i,m composing :D

If you have powerpoint, open it up, open a slideshow, Press B

if you own m4l... there's a patch by R.Henke which does just that.

on a mac i would just dim all the way down (takes 2 sec until black), is that not possible on windows?

use one extension cord with on/off switch for your 3 monitors.

I have a dedicated "make the screen go black" button at the bottom of my monitor
I'm pretty sure that most monitors have them.

I just wish there was a shorter name for it than "button which makes the screen go alternately black, or show an image".

I have the "pro" version, it enhances dynamic range and simulates analog decoupling.

Could try a shotgun but that is a once only option.
Core2 quad q660, 4gig ram, Win 7 home premium SP1.
P4 2.8 ghz, Gigabyte GA- 81E2004P, 1.5 gig ram,XP Home, SP3.
dual core pentium laptop 2 gig ram Win 8.
MOTU 8Pre,Tascam FW-1804,Zoom R16, Ableton live 8.4
Cubase 7

yes it would expand them, they would be spread all over the wall.
