can´t load sampletank1 in 4.1.1

in 4.1 i could load sample tank 1 LE with sonic synth1.
in 4.1.1 i get the error message : ein programmfehler ist aufgetreten. sie sollten unter neuem namen... sichern. that doesn´t help either.
no chance to use sampletank1!!!
