MIDI Loops

I'm really loving the MIDI Loops that come with Live 4. I have two questions though. My first being can the Jampack MIDI loops and the GB ones be imported into Live 4? And where can I find cheap/free MIDI Loops

Here's a template to make some of your own.

Record in track 9. and export the files when ready.
