4.1.1 crashes when switching from session to seq view

I've had this problem several times (and not previous to 4.1.1). But am unable to duplicate it on demand. However, in each instance, a simpler was used and the sample start modified via automation and the sample length shortened. I Note that there is a fix in 4.1.2 regarding short sample lengths, so it may be related.

A second problem is that, when I try to automate the midi "chord" effect, the automation line can be outside the track area (if say set initally an octave higher) and so impossible to automate!
