I met the team yesterday, all Germans, based in Hamburg they are all former Steinberg. original idea of presonus was to replace the free LE versions of Cubase with their own. BTW very smart people, newest version is really good, clean, lots of user friendly features.

yes..I know the "core" team who developed S1, and I know they are Germans, but still Presonus is USA company ..
And I think S1 have a very bright future and if they continue like this it will replace Logic as my main daw software (besides Live, ofc)..It's so easy and intuitive (sorry for OT :D ) ..

Come on, the only thing presonus did was financing (which is probably good thing). Anyway it worked well indeed. Do you already use it? Did you upgrade, got full version?

Fixed, and it's a dead match, if you don't count sales numbers and studios running Pro Tools favoring the USA.
Sorry, studio One doesn't count yet, hasn't been around long enough.

No..I am still demoing, but I think it's going to be daw software No.1 on the market if they continue to listen their customers..Version 1.5 is great, and there will be more great stuff in the future ..

never, ever thought I'd say this but  I'd rather fight for oil.

...at lest there's a conceivable point.

soccer/football or ______________( <--- insert sport here)= BIG FAIL. Fuckin stupid.

"yeah mum, could you bail me out? I got locked up for having a go when my team lost".

Please.
