Question re hardware with Ableton Live
Question re hardware with Ableton Live
I'll cut to the chase - I am just starting out. I want to play around with both mixing and production in Ableton Live 4.
I currently have a 3 channel mixer (Behringer DX626) and also a MIDI keyboard.
What I need is an audio interface (I am currently running with on board sound) that will handle the three channels from Ableton Live into the three channel mixer, as well as having a MIDI I/O.
Is anyone able to suggest anything that is best for my situation?
And yes, I did try to search the forums for a solution but I couldn't find anything fitting.

Personally I would steer clear of the FW410...Komplex wrote:get a firewire interface with more than three channels. look it up in google and a variety of them will pop up. an example would be maudio's firewire410.
