I have used Live ( by itself, a hassle to even reach it, while playing an acoustic piano.. and start stop or tap tempo, and change sets ) on stage as a simple drum machine and I am excited about making it a more integrated practical part of my music.
My first goal is a killer drum machine- better than a drum machine- long loops, variations, "random variations" via "follow action". tap tempo,
How this all gets mapped out between the Fantom and likely the Roland fc 300 MIDI foot controller, is my concern. Are these two, quite compatible with Live?

Ok, no one wants to lend a hand.
Where might I go for this kind of assistance?
