Behringer FCB1010 won't stop launching clips

So, i have a problem. I'm pretty new to Live, as well as the world of midi so maybe i'm missing something rather obvious. When i try to use my FCB1010 to launch clips in the session view it launches them, but then it seems like it keeps sending a signal to continuously launch the clip. To the point where i have to undo my midi mapping to get it to stop. any ideas on how i can resolve this?
