I could never understand why they could not implement this.
I'm learning Sonar now as Live is useless with SonicCore Scope as MIDI CC automation does not show up in tracks.
This is ridiculous.
If the automation can show up as a big MIDI clip envelope already, why not change the implementation of clip envelopes so they can be in sub parts e.g sub clips in the clip - then display the data of the subclips actually on the track as track automation. It LOOKS like track automation in sessions - it is INTERNALLY MIDID CC clip envelopes. Some sort of 'graphical bridge' can do this. Yes. it's messy and its a bodge, but no-one will give a fuck about the internal representation as long as it works
