hiccup, renders and warp markers

When rendering, a few of my wav/aif files had hiccups in 'em (they aren't present when Live played the audio). Through trial and error, I discovered that they were gone when turned off the warp markers. And then re-rendered the audio.

Is this is a known problem? Is there a fix?

I have the latest version of Live on a zippy XP machine.
