Detaching Arrange view

Is there away to detach the arrange view.Any help would be great.Thanks

Dual monitor support has been requested many versions of Live ago.......
Live 8.4.2 / Win 8 Pro 64 bit / Core 2 Quad 2.66 GHZ / 8 Gb ram
