MacBook Pro internal soundcard issue

MacBook Pro internal soundcard issue

When i use Live with any audio interface, everything is fine. However, when I try to use my internal soundcard on my Mac (when I'm traveling I bring just my guitar and a cable 1/4" to 1/8") Live does not want to play nice. I have to set the buffer to 760 ms or above so of course there is noticeable delay. This sucks. Anyone else ever have these issues?

Sorry no, I've run mine down to 256 usually with no issues.
