Live Pack names in brower after reinstallation?

Hi there
I have my library located on other partition so I don`t need to reistall it after fresh Windows installation. I change the Library Location in preferences and it works fine except that there are no Live Pack NAMES in the live browser! I see only some of them (the ones which install themselves with downloaded ableton - drum machines etc.).

What should I do to have those live pack names visible in the browser after reinstalling the OS?
