MPD24 MIDI Mapping in Ableton 7 on Windows 7

I've recently upgraded to Windows 7 and I'm having problems mapping my controllers. This occurs with both the mpd24 and the Axiom 25. Im not so much worried about the Axiom but would really like to get the mpd working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.They both transmit midi notes as indicated by the yellow flashing light. Im stumped.

Hi Tv Lab,

if Midi mapping does not work, please check if you´ve enabled the "Remote" switches for the devices´ input ports in Live´s Midi/Sync preferences page.
