Ahhh shit man, we got a real Greek! How is it over there? What did you folks do to piss the Gods off so much that they would trash your entire economy? And I don't think you want any US dollars. You could go find some dog shit in your front yard that is worth more.

Greece is the bomb! Had such an excellent time there! Even got tear gassed after a RATM show!

I was in the Greek islands a few years ago for 2 weeks. I was on this tiny island, Ios which is 1 mile by 4 miles. It was July and it was packed with Isrealis, Italians, Swedes, Dutchies and Brits. All kids in their 20's. Crazy Crazy Crazy time! There were no Police on the island and it was a drunkin orgy Rave free for all.
Nude beaches FTW!
I think at least 10 tourists were killed by busses during the time I was there.
I motorbiked naked on a mini bike in the mountains.
I think I would be dead if I lived there. But I would die with a smile.

^ I'll never forget walking out of that show seeing buildings and cars on fire, police everywhere. I looked back at one point and saw a cop fire tear gas into a crowd and several other cops swooped in with batons beating on people in the gas. A long line of people with tears streaming down walking away from the ampitheatre. I was stunned, but I was told it was pretty normal in Athens. Same thing happened at a Barbara Streisand concert....(?!?)
Guess I should have gone to Ios!!

That's what I thought too. I was told that anarchists were behind the fires and rioting. Was still a great time! I had a much better time on Tinos and Ikaria though. Great people!
