problem with timewarping

Hi I'm having a problem with Time warping in Live 4. I have a track I wanna spin into a live set, so I time warp it correctly but... the song for the first half is locked to the first beat of every bar; in the middle there's a break and then the song re-starts at 149.3.0! at the third beat of the 149th bar, and this way the transition between this song and the one that follows is messed up, cause the next song is locked to the third beat of the bar

How can I solve this problem?
