live(6+7) disables sound after a couple of hours.

hello there,

strange problem.

when i use live for djing for a couple of hours, its killing at some point my sounddevice.
nothing is left through anymore, not even the system sounds.
when i disable the sound device in lives preferences, the systemsound is
available again. when i enable the device in lives preferences again, the
systemsound is again gone (and still live is not doing noise in any way).
only thing that helps is restarting live. then its working fine again.

wonder if anybody knows what this could be?

i'm on macbook pro 13" using the internal soundcard (yeah, i dont monitor)
and i'm on leopard, latest version. no external harddrive, no mouse, just my
uc33 is connected. it happened in live6 and today i bought live8 (but i am using
live 7 now - cant get over the warping at the moment)

to make it more interessting, i have a gig tonite :X

Hi Rnzr,

that sounds strange. Do you use any audio related system extension/enhancers (Audio Hijack, etc...)? Do you use aggregated devices?
