Multiple Time Signatures and/or Tempo's in Live?

Searched a bit and didn't really see an answer specifically to this question, so I hope I'm not posting n00b junk with this, but...

How would I go about setting up a click in Live for multiple time signatures or tempo's? Several of my songs switch timing or tempo and I only really need the click track to follow these changes.

The metronome does follow tempo and time signature. Do you know that you can put time signature markers in arrangement view ? And label scenes with bpm and time signature ?
