midi note retriggering bug

this problem happens to me quite often, and randomly:
sometimes when i start live and i play a midi note on the keyboard this note will repeat as long as i keep the key pressed, so instead of playing one long note it will play retrigger that note in some random pattern alternating long and short notes. When this happens if i restart live it will always happen again, and sometimes i have to restart the computer for making it work proprerly.
So if i keep pressed a key this is what's the result:
it has been happening since the first live8, and it's still happening now on live 8.1.3
i don't know if this is a bug of live or a problem in my computer

i am on macbook pro 2.26 ghz intel core duo
ram 4gb 1067 mhz ddr3
mac osX 10.6.3

thats pretty goofy, looks like they're all quantized too.. strange.

i guess they are quantized because i had the record quantization set to 16th notes, i will try to see how it is with quantization off, but still it's a strange thing.
anybody else has this problem? or any idea on what it could be?
