Hi there,
I have the following problem. I put impulse into one midi track. Insert a few notes for testing. I press the record button and change the soundbank while recording. The change is not recorded when I replay the recording. I am not sure but I think this has worked in previous Versions?
The small arrangement preview on top shows that the clip has been updated but in the normaal arrangement you cannot see it.
I am on a Powerbook G4 1 Ghz, 1 GB Ram OSX. Live 4.1.1
Impulse Program Change Recording Bug
RE:
thats very sad! When I play my sets I am always changing the presets while I play. Live is recording everything else so why doesn't it record also that? This is in a way destroying the whole recording...
Hope this is somehow available soon...
Greetz and Thanks!

The half answer is: its a technical problem, becuase not all of your samples are loaded into ram. Only the samples for the current presets/kits are into ram. So, if you change this, the new samples would loaded now, and it could come to clicks and stotters.
But the other half answer is: i dont know! I see no reason, to make it possibel, to change on the fly presets wich are using the same samples but different synthese-values. Yes i know, you can create a new midi-file and draw the values, but this takes much more time than to change simply a preset.
