Invisible Rack for the APC?
Is there a way to insert a rack onto a channel that the Device control do not see? this would be really helpful not to get confused live if there are loads of plugins on a channel...
is this possible?

I think the OP wants to be able to have effects in a chain that the APC will skip over when cycling through devices? Like, having a chain of 10 effects, but you only want to be able to control effects 1,5 and 9 via the APC for instance.
A simple work around that might work is to bunch all your devices into large rack chains, and only map the controls that you actually want to adjust to the macros. The remaining effects are tucked away in the racks and out of the way, but still serve the same function.
