Maschine will
1. Provide an alternative workflow
2. Be good if you program own beats, it can also do some melodyy though limited
i hav drumaxx but still use maschine

If you're open to start working with samples, then yes, it is much fun for everyone.Tweaking Knobs wrote:Whit all the hipe around mashine i got to know if it woud be usefull for me.

If you are wanting to stick with the no-sample philosphy, then no, Maschine has no use for you. It has no synthesis.

in my humble opinion being a full fledged sampler maschine must be capable of synthesis.

Yup. It's all about the workflow which you can read about it in the maschine & ableton love thread. For example, it will give you a powerful hands-on step sequencer with tactile and visual feedback to control whatever software tool of your choice like microtonic, zebra...etc.Tweaking Knobs wrote:Whit all the hipe around mashine i got to know if it woud be usefull for me.

And it does do synthesis. It even comes with basic waveforms that you can tweak and mangle without needing to use the mouse.
