Selecting the next chain with the same midi note

Hi - I'd like to use one midi note to effectively scroll through a list of chains in a rack.
Imagine I tap a C, which selects chain 1, then I tap it again and it selects chain 2, then chain 3, and so on.
Is there a way to do this? I know I can change to another chain by sending a different note and moving through the horizontal ruler in a rack.

Live does not have this capability. This is known as 'round robin'. Sorry!
