first timer

Post by zenadine » Mon May 17, 2010 6:03 pm

Ive enjoyed the few tracks Ive listened to and commented on here....sounds like a good community to be active in..

anyway I've been recording in and an Ableton user since mid last year...this is a wee sketch I did while travelling Asia earlier this year...you're supposed to hear the ships pulling into harbour, or something like that lol

comments on the mix would be greatly appreciated

Welcome Casey. I was wondering when you'd getting around to posting. Very nice synth sounds and vocal samples. By your desc of the track, I tried to get a sense of your motif and imagined sitting on the dock watching the ships rolling in. You've successfully set the scene. Would loved to have heard a changeup somewhere but all in all, a very nice and relaxing mix. Keep at it and thanks for sharing.
