Effectrix 1.3 MIDI mapping issue in Live 8.1 (Mac)

Hello,
I'm using Live 8.1.3 on a Mac (OS 10.5.8) and I'm having a problem with Effectrix 1.3 VST and AU not remembering midi controller settings. Specifically, when I invert a controller range in Live's Midi Map Mode, Effectrix forgets this setting the next time I load the Live set. This issue didn't arise until the 1.3 update. I've tried reinstalling Live and Effectrix. And I've tried other Live sets and Effectrix 1.3 always forgets the "invert range" MIDI map setting. Would someone else verify this "bug" with their system? If it really is a bug, when can we expect a fix? Or maybe a download to the previous version? Thanks in advance.

Not exactly the same, but I had issues with Live/Effectrix not remembering midi mappings assigned to farmpad on my padkontrol. The assignments were still there when I opened up MIDI map mode in Live, but they were not responsive. I would have to go re-map everything, and it would only work until I restarted Live. I feel like it was Live at fault and not Effectrix though, because I tried assigning the effects to macros and I got the same result.

Try the 8.1.4 beta. There was some mention of fixing VST mappings not getting remembered or resetting or something.

It's a bug that ruined a lot of things for me Fixed in the latest beta...


How are you saving your midi mapping for Effectrix?? I have to re-do mine every time I load it up.
