Some nice sounds in there, I like the vocals and the subtle feel, but I think the arrangement is a little dry. Granted, I know its not supposed to be some club tune, but I think some small variation would provoke a little more interest in the listener.

thank you, and yea a lot of what i make lacks that im still learnin how to make my music more fluid. this beat was also heavily amphetamine influenced haha

This is a nice start. Definitely look into maybe layering up that kick or something to give it more presence, I think it would be great with a long decay filling out the bottom end. The transition @ 1:20 is rather abrupt, I would work on that. I would also say maybe alter the beat up a little more. As mentioned a little more variation to keep it interesting, but definitely something worth continuing! Nice share.
