Pitch shift without a timestretch

Does anybody knows how i can make a pitch shift on audio file without changing a speed of this file just like Cubase. For example: when i pitch for 2 semitones up the file is shorter and faster... I work a lot of cartoon dubbings in Cubase but because of quality of plugins i want to do it in Ableton but.....

you turn the pitch knob in the clip properties.

yes i know that but file plays fatster or slower after pitcing up or down

i must have warp disabled
