Sylenth help loading presets please? best for live play?

Hi, I just started using Sylenth and I love the patches and sounds. I am saving the presets but then when I try to "Load preset" it doesnt change on ableton and the patch stays the same. Assuming it does change the path is this even the best way to switch patches during live play? thank you in advance for any advise. much appreciated.
