Midi sending notes 1 note off?

I did some quick searching and I didn't see anything on this topic. I am new however so this might be a common problem in which case I apologize for my ignorance.

I turned on Ableton today and went to play a keyboard part only to realize that when I hit my middle C it plays a C# and when I play a D it plays a D sharp ect ect.

I am playing an Axiom 49 on OSX 10.5.8

Anyone know a quick fix?

(I tried reseting keyboard and opening new ableton session)
