and btw, those digico consoles are another reason why i am such a windows hater, they are windows based and trouble all the way,
we talk about consoles that are around freakin' 200.000 - 400.000 € depending on the config, and are trouble because of F-ing windows.

i prefer midas (not windows based), nicer converters and supreme pre's anyhow.

and sorry for the hi-jack, damn windows.

I did the medicine ball thing for awhile, it's nice for short periods but I wouldn't personally want it for my only chair. I like to kick back once in awhile.

yup, for simple fitness balls, seems it's not advised to use more than 3 hours a day, because of muscle fatigue... but the one ON a 3-wheels chair seems different, doesn't need using the legs all the time to keep balance,

and you still can bump on it like a dumb lil' boy when you like the loop you're tweakin'
