How to lead a metronome into recording

Hey guys, sorry about the stupid sounding request, but how do I enable a 4 click leadup before the sound starts recording in live? Should be simple enough, no?

If you right click on the Metronome button in the top left you can choose
Count-in: None, 1 Bar, 2 Bars, 4 Bars
