Greetings!
ok, I have some guitar loops that I´ve drop to a Drum Rack
to be able to trigger them with my PadKontrol.
But they are playing at original tempo,
only if I use them on a session track,
they get warp and sync to the project tempo.
Is there a way to have the samples on the Drum Rack in sync too?
Thanks
Trigger samples at project tempo, HOW ?
Re: Trigger samples at project tempo, HOW ?
use sampler. you can map a bunch of samples into one sampler.

But does trigger using sampler does sync to project tempo?cacti wrote:use sampler. you can map a bunch of samples into one sampler.
Because as you know when using Drum Rack , you are obvious using the simpler
for each sample, and I dont see any way to do it.

Drum Rack doesn't have time-stretch. It's one of the most requested features.
Your best bet is to leave the audio clips in the Session View, and open the MIDI MAPPING (click MIDI box on top), click the play button of each clip while in MAP mode, and hit a pad on your PK to make that pad trigger that clip. Repeat 15 times and now all your clips are time-stretched AND triggerable from your PK.
Make sure if you want two clips playing at the same time, that the clips are on different tracks (in a horizontal row), NOT in a vertical column... vertical columns can only play one clip at a time.
Learn the Live basics (Session View and MIDI mapping is Live 101, really)... and remember that Drum Racks are best for playing single drum hits or chopped up samples that aren't rhythmic (one-shots).
