Yeah, Ghana were pretty good, Serbia not bad either, pretty good game all in all. Thought Serbia were unlucky with the penalty decision, I mean it was the right decision by the ref, but still... Nice set pieces by Serbia in the first half too...

All right, vere we go! Australia seem really psyched tonight. Those vuvuzelas will be the end of me; they are totally going to ruin the matches of the Netherlands and Brazil :(

... But the German Maschine is running! :)

Wow, Germany easily has the best team play I've seen so far.

Yeah, no kidding. Germany will be a real contender this time. As far as team work goes, Argentina were sluggish and France were complete rubbish. It's nice to finally see a team that uses the entire width of the pitch. Australia was absolutely no match, but it'll be interesting to see if that was du to their own inability or Germany's ability.

Argentina played well, as did Nigeria on the counter attack. That was a good game for the neutral.

Germany did really well, but Australia were pants and had a man sent off at 2-0 down. Australia must do better next time, sometimes this happens in all sports, an inexplicably poor performance from a team capable of better. Missing Cahill will be a blow too, I felt he was a bit unlucky to get a straight red, would have given a yellow myself.

They probably will get much stiffer challenges from Serbia and Ghana.

Before the red card, Australia did look like a team that could be a good match against most who've played before, but Germany does look like something else. Their next two games are going to be interesting.

:) Finally Germany get their attack sorted out... great stuff... still don't rate Gomez at all though... every time he's picked on his league form and every time he's anonymous at the international games. Mueller was class though. But the German defence was woeful, zero man marking and letting a disappointing Australia even get some shots in doesn't instill much confidence for the next matches against tougher opposition... Nice midfield play and great linking up to attack and most of all they seemed to know where the other players were at all times, really played like a team, but I'm still a bit wary of the sieve-like defence... :?

That Australian red card was really harsh - a yellow maybe, but red? Thought those yellows for diving were also too harsh.

Also: they should relax that rule about playing on after the whistle's been blown, like in one of the recent matches (Argentina?) where, due to the noise in the stadium, the player just carried on and shot at goal and was yellow-carded for not hearing the offside whistle... :?

Wow, the Abes look like champions today against the Aussies. I'm going to be putting Germany on my iPhone alerts on the ESPN app now. That red card really fucked the Aussies chance. I want to see Germany and Argentina go at it because that will be fire

Can anyone recommend a good live audio commentary feed for the matches?
