APC40 Help

Post by jamierial22 » Wed Jun 16, 2010 8:28 am

Hi,

When you launch a clip on the APC it automatically selects the track that holds that clip on Ableton. The problem I have it that if I'm using some effects via the device control on one track, then want to launch a clip from another track it jumps to the track of the clip I've just launched and stops the effects I was doing. Does anyone know a way to disable this feature so the track is only selected with the track selector beneath the launch pad rather than the indivdual clips?

in Preferences, un-check 'select on lauch'
