Global macro controls, is it possible?

Post by supermows » Fri Jun 18, 2010 5:02 pm

Hi guys,

I would like to set a macro controil in which you can assign parameters from different plugins located in different tracks... is that possible in that way?

I would like to assign them to my knobs in apc40, so i can see what i'm tweaking in the screen...

The most similar thing i've found is Clip mapper from Covert Operators:

Th thing is that it works with m4l...

Thanks for your help!

There is no other way besides via max for live. Clip Mapper is great, but I prefer hoffmans snapshot morpher myself. He also did something based on max runtime I think, which was before max for live, and I think it was for a song wide macro sort of thing. Might still be on the covert ops site, not sure.

The only con i see is that it doesnt map correctly the knobs for APC40... maybe it's me anyway
