What type of VST VSTI do you suggest!?

Hello everybody!

So now that my grades have fallen im getting no sleep and im doing poorly at my job....I can at least bust out some pretty nasty tunes out on Ableton but since I am just using all stock sounds in live I want to expand a little bit in the world of VST's

what type of suggestions for good sounding VST's that work well in the Electro House, Breaks, and Dubstep Sound of music?

Sylenth seems pretty boss but a bit pricey for my taste. Anyone point me to either good free vst or semi pro good vst that dont cost a pretty penny.
