how is de dropping sound in synth done? (mars fake blood)

hello,

i would like to know how the synth sound is dropped down like this in this track
from fake blood 'Mars'

Guess its some kind of pwm? but i have no idea how.

can somebody point me out how to reach this?

the rise and fall of the pitch is not really explained there, because thats the specific thing i'm looking for
...maybe its in the files the people posted.
