Activator automation of Scale locks up Live 4.12

I tried to record automation of switching the Activator of Scale on and off, while recording that track as midi-input in another track. It locks up Live 4.12 under WindowsXPsp2 using RME Hammerfall. I tried it several time and it kept locking up. I needed to end task Live evertime.

I will send the file to support.

I emailed Ableton support 2 times but the email is bouncing. here's the error-code:

I found a bug in Scale and tried to email Ableton support, but the email is bouncing 2 times now. here's the error code:

local problem - please try later (in reply to end of DATA command)


Please help, Scale does lockup Live 4.12. I can still reproduce it anytime.

Hi raapie,

it seems that you tried to send us an rar archive. But our virus scanner does not accept rars.

Could you resend it directly to me as .zip?

okay. I love rar because it does datacompress audio files almost as good as Flac for example. but no sweat, I zipped it up and have just send you an e-mail.
