Help with warping!

Post by maudeu » Fri Jun 25, 2010 5:43 pm

OK here's what I need to do:

I have a track with about 256 bars, and I've placed warp markers on each beat of the first 4 bars. The spacing between the each marker is different, but the pattern of spaces will repeat itself every four bars.

Rather than go through the process of setting the markers to each beat for all 256 bars, I want to copy the pattern of beat markers I've laid down on the first 4 bars across the entire 256 bars. I'm sure it must be possible and is probably in the manual somewhere but I can't find it!

Thanks in advance for your help

I think you're going about this all wrong. You should check out the section on warping in the manual, or you can read this guide, warping isn't as difficult as you're making it:
