Mini laptops for ableton

Hi, I am going traveling in 6 months for an extended period.

What would ableton run like on one of those mini laptops?

I ran it on my Eee 1005-HA with Windows XP, 1GB RAM and 1.6 GHz Atom CPU.
It was not very responsive, and I couldn't do too many things at once (i.e. file browsing). There would also be pops and things in the sound. I may try again after increasing the RAM and trying to overclock.

Cheers man, I hope there is something better than the 1.6 Ghz atoms in 6 months. Might just aim for a small normal lappy.
