What audio do you want to route where?
Usually it works like this - e.g. you want to record audio from VLC:
- install Soundflower
- select Soundflower as audio out in VLC
- select Soundflower as audio in in Live and record....

AFAIK it won´t work this way - Soundflower is for inter-application Audio Routing, you can´t use
it for external inputs. You could send out the audio from VLC to small mixer, connect the
Mic with the Mixer as well and send the sum to Live to record it.
On the other hand, i haven´t checked the "Soundflowerbed" yet. See this page for more info:

You could, however, create an aggregate device in Audio Midi Setup — just pick the "new aggregate device" menu item, and select both soundflower & internal mic. Then in Live you'll set that aggregate device as your input, and Built-in Speakers (or whatever you have) as your output. You can then do as Christian says, but you'll also have the Built-in Mic available as an input in Live.
