Anyone successfully using T-Racks with 8.1.3 and Win7 x64?

If so, I'd love to know if you were able to see them instantaneously or if you had to do something to see them. I've just installed these on a new PC with Windows 7, and my IK Multimedia plugs aren't showing up when I hit the Plugins button in Live; however, they do show up in 8.0.8 strangely enough. I've got a number of T-Racks singles, the T-Racks shell, and CSR Hall, none of which appear in 8.1.3, and I've been through a few rounds with support to no avail. My plugins folder is in the C:/ root, I've deleted the preferences file and rescanned, and nothing seems to work.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Looking around some other forums it seems you're not alone.

I have Live 8.13 and Win7 64 bit, was thinking of loading T-Racks 3 on the weekend because a friend sent me a set that he used it in and I didn't have it loaded.

Will let you know how I go.

Please be sure to install the plugin and start Live as an administrator.
Does it work this way?

Forgot to mention that I tried that, starting the program as an administrator, with no luck.

Strange, as this is a known problem and should work if you install and run it as admin.

Thanks for the website; that pretty much did the trick (you may want to inform Christian in tech support of this fix). What ultimately proved key was turning off the custom VST folder, browsing to the folder again, and rescanning. Then, all of the plugs appeared for me again.

So, I'm all good now [except for the periodic static I'm getting from Classik Studio Reverb-Hall every 10-15 seconds, but I'm fairly certain that problem is IK Multimedia's...]!
