Live 8.1.4 Update: Suite or Program Only?

Does anyone know if the new update includes new intruments, lessons, and ect. or is just the program enough to get Live all up to date assuming I had it totally up to date prior to this?

On the download page, it says "Use the 'program only' installer if you already have Live 8.1.3 installed. If you have a version older than 8.1.3, please use the 'with content' option instead, so you can get updated Library content."
